Stuffed paprikas with minced beef and feta cheese

What do you do when you might have overshopped a little at the market and you still have four paprikas in the fridge, which you really need to eat within now and two days? Yes, you make roasted, stuffed paprikas. It has been a while since I made them and I forgot how simple they were to make. They really do not take up a lot of your time, but you do get maximum flavour. If you of course use the right herbs, spices and fillings, but don’t worry I have a recipe here that you have to try if you are planning on making them.

Roasted smokey, garlic chicken

This dish started off as nothing special. Just some simple roasted chicken breast that would not have been worth sharing, but I decided to take a risk and that was so worth it. It elevated my normal dille chicken roast to something unusual that you just want to keep eating more of. (As you can tell, I am very proud of this).

Christmas traditions

Christmas has officially begun. According to the songs the most wonderful time of the year. I, as a foodlover, cannot entirely disagree with this statement. I love Christmas dinners where the entire family and loved ones are sitting around the table eating food that someone spent hours preparing, drinking wine that you normally wouldn’t buy, and watch movies that are only allowed to be watched around this time of year.
